About our Founder

Hello, I'm Rodelio Medina Creer, Founder and CEO of Creer Leadership Training Academy, LLC. In 2022, I was honored to be recognized by Marquis Who’s Who as a Top Executive for my dedication and leadership in business.

 

As a certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, I specialize in empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. I am also a certified DISC Trainer and Consultant, utilizing behavioral assessments to foster effective communication and teamwork.

Robotics Educator & Mentor

I began my journey as a robotics coach at Presidio Elementary School, introducing students to the GEAR (Get Excited About Robotics) program. At Alpine Middle School, I continued this passion, guiding students through the GEAR Robotics Competition, the Aerial Drone Competition, and the American Rocketry Challenge. Currently, as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Engineering/Robotics Teacher at Westwood High School, I coach teams participating in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), fostering innovation and teamwork among students.

My commitment to youth development extends to my volunteer work with the Boy Scouts of America. I serve as the Scout Skills Director and as a merit badge counselor for Robotics and Astronomy at the Buffalo Trail Scout Ranch in the Davis Mountains of West Texas. This 9,000-acre ranch offers a variety of programs, including Aquatics, Handicrafts, Shooting Sports, and Scout Skills, providing Scouts with opportunities to develop essential life skills .

 

Previously, I contributed to the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Cebu Council Training Team, where I trained educators from various DepEd Divisions across the Cebu islands. I am a Wood Badge holder and a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement.

 

I am also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Planetary Society, Alpha Chi Honor Society, Internet Society, Association of Texas Professional Educators, and the Texas Computer Education Association.

 

As an author, I wrote the children's book Charlie's Dream, inspiring young readers to pursue their aspirations.

 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science from Cebu Institute of Technology in Cebu City, Philippines, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Advanced Leadership Development

To deepen my leadership acumen, I pursued advanced studies through Harvard Business School Online, completing the following courses:

• Leadership Principles: Focused on adapting leadership styles to bring out the best in others and managing team performance.

• Strategy Execution: Equipped me with tools and frameworks to successfully implement strategies within organizations. 

• Organizational Leadership: Enhanced my ability to guide organizations effectively, including setting direction, influencing through managers, and driving innovation.

 

These courses culminated in earning the Certificate of Specialization in Leadership & Management, validating my mastery in leadership and management principles.
